These are options for an Anderson Dock proposal. Below you will see a drone image of the dock area. The red building is the the Hardy Gallery.
In the image below, you will see three locations labeled A, B, and C. These are where you will be with your soon to be fiance. You also will see three Xs near the letters that represent the general area I will be in to capture the moment.
Now let’s take a look at each location. Here are images taken at each spot that show the general look of the area.
Location A
Location B

Positioning
Once you decide on the location/view you want, we now focus on positioning. The most important thing to remember is to make sure she is facing the camera so I can capture her reaction and expressions. If her back is to the camera the photos won’t be as dramatic.
This is pretty easy to do since you will be “leading.” You just make sure your back is to the camera or your side is to the camera. As long as she is facing you the camera should have to problem seeing her reaction. Here is an example. In the picture below, Jon was looking over the Lake with Amy and they both were facing away from the camera. Then he got on his knee and she turned around and they were in a perfect position for me to capture the moment. This is what we need to do for your proposal.
