Engagement sessions are a really fun way to get excited for your upcoming wedding and have a great time making awesome images. It’s a chance to get some photos with your fiance in a more relaxed setting before all the chaos of the wedding day.
An engagement session is about 1.5-2 hours long. During this time, we’ll have lots of time to visit a few different locations and get creative with your photos. This will give your final images a great variety as we set you in front of some of the most beautiful backdrops.
You will also have time for 1-2 outfit changes. Most couples like to go with at least 1 casual outfit and 1 that has a more formal vibe. That way you even more variety with your gallery, which is important when choosing photos for your save-the-date’s or wedding announcements.
During your session, I like to capture both posed shots of you two along with some more natural and candid shots. Whether you are comfortable in front of the camera, or not, my goal is to make sure you look and feel comfortable as we capture some amazing shots.
Image Delivery
I will deliver all the culled images from your session. I don’t want to make you pick and choose only a handful. They way I see it is they are your photos and you should get them all. It takes about 2 weeks to finish your images from your session. At that time I will send you a link to your own private online gallery. You’ll be able to view, share, and download your images right from the page.
Wedding Photography
Do you need engagement photos now but not yet ready to book a wedding photographer? That’s no problem! That’s exactly why I offer standalone engagement sessions!
Since I include engagement sessions with my wedding packages. If you book an engagement session and later you choose to book me for your wedding, I’ll be able to offer you a great discount on your wedding photography package.
